Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

At Broadway we pride ourselves on being a fully inclusive school. Our Special Educational Needs and Disability Information Report provides information about how we identify, assess and make provision for children with special educational needs and disabilities at Broadway.

Our vision for each SEN pupil at Broadway is…

  • A child who is at the centre of all we do

  • A child whose needs are identified and provided for at the earliest opportunity

  • A child who receives high quality teaching (inspiring, challenging, creative)

  • A child who is curious, resilient and independent

  • A child who has their voice and the voice of their parents/carers heard

  • A child who feels supported, valued and successful

  • A child who has self-esteem and confidence

  • A child who feels included

  • A child who has everyone working together for them

  • A child who we have high aspirations for
